ZUCKER™ Half Natural Furnace Feather Hackle Plates (often called pinwheels) measure 10x5.5 inches in diameter and are made with stripped Natural Furnace Rooster Hackle Feathers that are glued and arranged on to a half circlular piece of fabric. Stripping feathers is a unique process where the quill is stripped approximatley 3/4 of its feather, leaving behind beautiful feather tips. Decorative beads are then attached to some of the stripped areas of the quill. These Feather Hackle Plates are available in a variety of natural colors and can be cut to any size.
