Main Control Board

GE, Obviously there is issue with your Control Panels. I am among the many that are having to replace this panel after only 6 years of use and only 2 in the household, so not a lot of cycles. This is obviously a known issue and if GE won't do the right thing and back there product, why should I ever buy another GE product again and why should I not tell everyone I know to avoid GE products at all costs. I know your response will be to give me your 800 number to call and get a diagnostic and pay a large amount for a service call but I replaced the panel and GE should reimburse me for the cost of the panel aka Do the right thing.

Control Board Failure…again

I've replaced this control board once already and the second one just failed in less than one year. I'm a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer and I can tell when these products have a defect. We hope GE rectifies this issue with the recall this product requires.

Recall it already

Is not a coincidence everyone's dishwasher died at the 5-6 year mark. The amount of people reporting the same recurrent issue is unacceptable. My question is how do we come together and make GE recall this dishwasher. I don't care for the generic reply. I need accountability.
