MARBLELIFE Maxout Deep Grout Cleaner- Powerful Bathroom Tile & Floor Liquid Cleaner, 32oz Bottle

The Arctic White grout on my bathroom floor began to look beige. I have decorative glass 3-inch hex tile , that looks like wood grain. I was verrrry hesitant to use common cleaning agents like vinegar, baking soda, oxygen bleach, or peroxide on my precious tile. When I discovered this product I felt that it would be safe to use, which it was. To better control where the product went I used a damp sponge to apply it, making sure enough product was applied where it could make it through the wait time without drying out. (I turned off my a/c to further prevent the product from drying on the floor.). I let the product rest for 10 minutes, and then I used a SOFT scrub brush over the entire floor. Next, I used a wash cloth and a bucket of cold water to rinse the floor. I then used my Bissell Crosswave to further rinse the floor. (I could tell that the grout was lighter, at this point, but my heart was beginning to sink because I didn't think the grout was going to be restored to being bright white.). When I checked the floor about 30 minutes later, after it had fully dried, I was thrilled to see that the grout was indeed bright white! I'm very satisfied with this product, and I would definitely recommend it! (I'm sorry I didn't think to take a “before” photo.) Notes: It took about half of the bottle of cleaner to clean an area that's about 5'x4'. DO NOT allow the product to dry on the floor, or allow the floor to dry until you have completely finished all stages of rinsing. I honestly don't know if all of the product could be removed without the use of an electric floor mop, like my Bissell Crosswave, because the product produces a lot of sudsing. If you are going to use an electric floor mop I wouldn't skip the step of rinsing with a wet cloth, first. Even after rinsing with a wet cloth there were still suds in the recovery reservoir of my Crosswave. The grout cleaning solution creates a funky residue that can't be rinsed off of the cleaning tools, like the mop bucket, sponge, and the wash cloth. Even after cleaning those items in my dishwasher the residue was still on them. The brush for my Crosswave was also effected, so I'm going to reserve that brush strictly for use with the grout cleaning solution. (I have replacement brushes for my Crosswave on hand.). Because I took the time to rinse my floor thoroughly, and I didn't let the floor dry during the working time, there isn't a residue on the floor.
