Needed help from a friend to make the cuts to fit around the garage rails, but otherwise easy. Happy it included the adhesive. Pricey but the quality is excellent and if it keeps the water out of my garage, its worth the price. Rained all day yesterday and my garage is dry!

This is EXACTLY what I needed Rain water would always get into the corner of my garage. I purchased this, installed it properly, and voila! Dry garage! It's really that easy! If you're getting rain water in the garage do yourself a solid and buy this thing!
