Warranty information
Ray Cook/Bullet/Solus golf products are designed with quality and craftsmanship. Ray Cook/Bullet/Solus warrants its golf products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from abnormal use, misuse, abuse, neglect or accident, or to products which have been repaired or modified. Defective products covered by this limited warranty will be either repaired or replaced at no charge to the buyer. Such defective products must be returned to our customer service department. Proof of purchase is required. Customers may contact Ray Cook/Bullet/Solus Golf directly regarding any problems relating to warranty service. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products to determine the extent to which the warranty policy shall apply and are the sole judge of any claim or warranty.
