Wild dreams.
In combination with magnesium my dreams have been nuts. The product has a strong odor but thankfully you don't state anything during or after taking. I think it's helping and I appreciate the amount per bottle. Don't need to buy some more so quickly unlike the mag gummies.

This is simply the most effective dosage you can take, especially in valerian extract, so if valerian is your thing you can't go wrong here, plus the other ingredients are very balanced and useful to help sustain a good sleep overtime, and the quality of NOW is always guaranteed.
