Jarrow Formulas QH-Absorb, High Absorption/Enhanced Stability, 200 mg, 60 Softgels

I read that Jarrow's Ubiquinol was superior to many other brands - so decided to go with it and give it a try. I have not finished my first bottle yet. My husband and I both (in our 70's) are taking it as well as a man in his late 80's - I think to be fair we need a couple of months to give it our best review but so far, I have nothing bad to say - but the BEST thing I - for myself wish to shout - is that though it is a large capsule, I can bite into it, chew it, the outside dissolves easily and it has no disagreeable taste - so I never miss taking it. I do not swallow large tablets or caps easily - need to chew them to get them down with water or food. a BIG plus for me.

I have been using Jarrow Formulas ubiquinol for over 10 years. After much research and trying several brands I use Jarrow exclusively. FYI when you cut open a ubiquinol softgel you should find a milky white/off-white substance. This is what ubiquinol looks like. If it is a yellow to clear liquid it has oxidized and is no longer pure ubiquinol. Swanson seems to have consistently low prices on this product I order it from them often.
