warranty claim issues and no green fluid in vials

bought three1200 and one 600 and they had a mix of clear and green high vis fluid two already after month have issues when leveling they swap from one side to other and clearly reading bad. having issues with warranty claim. I need me levels back... Disappointing as they claim lifetime warranty. Other colleagues want to go back to Stabila.
