I really like these bar stools. They look nice and were easy to put together. What I was upset about is there were a few pieces missing. I ordered 5 of them and called the number provided for custom service. No one ever returned my call. I submitted a parts request online, it said I would receive a confirmation email within 24hrs. I have finally received the parts and still haven't gotten a confirmation email. I was able to get a hold of someone by looking for Linon's direct number and not going through customer support. Overall, I am very happy with these. They look nice and are comfortable.
