Could have been better,

I understand there are mistakes made so I am thankful the phone is returnable. Also the speed that the phone was delivered in was great! The phone I received did not come with any instructions or paperwork, the screen was cracked and there were outside cosmetic issues. I could not even get the phone to power on. It also looked different then the one in the picture. I did send it back free of charge. We will see how smooth the refund goes.
