I have ordered 3 of these, different sellers at different times and have yet to find one that fits. I have a pug chihuahua mix and I cannot seem to find anything that even comes close. I started off with a medium from one place too small, went to a medium Plus from a different place, almost there but still too small. then I ordered a large and that was smaller than the medium before that?? I don't understand now he's going half the winter without a warm jacket because I'm not trusting anymore. what do I get now an extra large and have it be way too big? or is that going to be too small also? he is a small dog and I just don't understand
