    Sadly mine arrived broken

When I took it out of the box there were little pieces of plastic...couldn't figure out what is was from...well when the wand wouldn't work...I took the blind back down and found out where the little pieces of plastic came from...it was a small plastic piece to hold the metal bar in place...I jimmied it and got it to work...for how long I don't know. The wand is tricky when I try to open and close the blinds. Not worth the hassle of returning.
