Our youngest granddaughter loves this little quilt! It is light weight and just right for her naps! The colors are perfect for my "bohemian" collection of dark reds, oranges, yellow, greens and browns that decorate my bedroom. It's not everyone's taste, but we like it! And the Royal Empire Throw was the perfect addition! When not being used, I hang it on a small quilt rack mounted on the wall as additional decor to the room.

Casual, transitional, midweight quilt throw.
I love the colors. I was looking for something different. I'm I'm very happy with this throw blanket. It is 100% cotton. It shrunk from 60 inches x 50 inches to 59 inches x 48 inches after washing it in cold water on the gentle cycle. The colors did not bleed at all. The throw is not heavy and not too lightweight either. It's a great option for a leg covering that doesn't give too much warmth. My feet get cold, but I don't want my feet to get too warm and sweat. This cotton (polyester fill) throw quilt is perfect for this petite 5 foot tall 56 year old. It breathes while giving just the right amount of warmth and coverage. And it's very nice that I can flip it over for a different look. The variety of colors will transition easily from one season to another.
