I can't speak on the quality of the item considering that my package didn't come with the most important parts which is the back piece, the seat, or the instructions! What good is a chair without the actual chair part? Then when I start the return process it states being that it's from a third party I'll receive my money back WITHIN 3 WEEKS. It didn't take them 3 weeks to take the money from my account. I was really excited that my chair came today just to be disappointed.
