Visioneering was a great novel! It was so inspiring and encouraging in many ways concerning the vision God has placed in my heart! Andy used the story of Nehemiah as well as some personal stories to show that a God-given vision can go from what it could be to should be. It won't happen though some random miracle, but as Andy points out through the telling of Nehemiah's vision being fulfilled that it's faith, trust in God, and hard work. The task might seem very daunting at times, but that doesn't mean we should give up! We all are going to end somewhere in life as Andy shows so why not be somewhere on purpose! There was great advice on vision casting and to never loose sight or give up on having your vision fulfilled! Just throughout the entire novel itself there were great tips, advice, and eye opening questions that help one's vision happen and give glory to God along the way as well as praising God for having the vision be as it "should be." One thing I want to mention that really threw me off in the beginning is that he writes what I feel is the way he talks. I am not use to this kind of style and it took a little getting use too, but once I got into it I wouldn't change the novel in any kind of way! If your looking for a novel concerning your vision and everything surrounding of how to fulfill it, then look no further because this book will give you tons of information as well as inspire you!
