Lots of extra work necessary.

The only reason I'd recommend this product is because after you mess with it and modify all the components for a few hours, it works great. There are numerous issues I had with this tank however. I bought a dozen of these after trialing one for my company, and they take a lot of effort to get working, especially when you have to modify 12 of them. 1st issue is the caster wheels. I bought one of these pots to trial, and after about a week, the nut came off on one of the wheels and we lost it. There is also no way to insure a tight fitting from the nut because there is no way to clamp the bottom of the caster to really tighten the nut down. I ended up having to take a pair of channel locks and a drill with lock nuts to keep the wheels from coming off. Doing this four times a pot gets really old really fast. 2nd issue. The nut that holds up the regulator (where the air inlet is) came loose on every pot I ordered. Its not hard to tighten it down, but they come loose very easily and are just a pain to keep having to tighten down. 3rd issue. There is only one regulator on the tank, meaning the air pressure and the pot pressure are the same. This is fine for some applications I'm sure, but for my use, I had to add another regulator near the air outlet to control the atomization of the paint I'm spraying. Again, not a hard fix, but costly and time consuming. 4th issue. There is a large screw hole, about two inches, which is used to refill paint. It is impossible to get off with your bare hands. Then, after refilling, it is impossible to tighten it back down enough to keep air from leaking out. I ended up having to put a new seal in it, which seems to work well so far. 5th issue. Air agitator is very useful to keep paint from settling. Problem with this system is that the lowest possible setting for the agitator is wayyyy too high, and caused paint to foam and spray everywhere when the air line was disconnected. My fix was cutting the fins almost all the way off at the bottom of the agitator to eliminate so much stirring. 6th issue. The height of the handle is terrible. I am exactly 6 feet tall and the pot handle is just perfectly made where I have to bend over to move the pot around, and it hurts your back after doing it for a short while. The handle needs to be longer, unless of course you aren't going to move these around at all, which is highly unlikely. Overall, I like my product now, and would recommend it, but only after modification. Please know of all the work it will take for one of these products to function correctly before buying. Thanks for reading, hope this was helpful!!
