Cushions won't stay on!

Pretty solid for a "cheaper" couch but in my opinion there is a design defect with the cushions. They ALWAYS fall off! There is a small maybe 2x3" piece of velcro under each cushion but it gets worn and is not nearly enough to keep them in place. Also, it stinks that the back cushions are so bulky and don't come off. Took 2 hours to get the couch into my house. Expert advice: measure first.
