Missing parts = Collars that hold weights on the h

I received my dumbell handles several weeks ago and found one handle was missing the 2 collars for it.. The collars are used to fasten securely the weights placed on the handle, without them the handle cannot be used safely. I tried using other fasteners but due to the threaded handle they dont hold the weights safely. Can you send me two collars?
