A good product.

Works as advertised. Used on a large very greasy area. Some light splotchy stains remain, but 95% better. I may try a second application. Do have ventilation as the fumes are strong, and use your N-95 mask when sweeping up the dusty residue.

The product works and removes the stain ( not completely , but stain remaining is faint). But it is pricey given that it covers a small amount of floor space
