Duster keeps flipping over when I use it on hardwood floors
Bought this recently, and after 2-3 uses, the duster keeps flipping over when I use it on my clean and dry hardwood floors. All I want to do is dust the floors. It is not useable in current state. Do I need to wash the duster after each use? That shouldn't be necessary.

Hi derjimmer! Your Dust+Go shouldn't flip over during use. We want to help. Here's a couple of suggestions that will make cleaning easier: Make sure the pad is positioned on properly. Slide the dusting pad onto one end, then the other. Each end is flexible in order to clean the baseboards. The pads can be washed after each use if you wish. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Allow the pad to dry for 24 hours before using. If further assistance is needed feel free to give us a call at 1-800-321-1134 (M-F 8a-6p EST). Hope this helps!

I got this about a week ago. I also purchased disposable pads. Well Let's just start there, the head of the thing does not stay flat. It cleans on the edges well where the mop head actually touches. The worst part of this product is The microfiber mop head will not even stay flat on the floor. It flips forward when trying to dust the floor. Not even useful. I see similar reviews of this same issue. Look a dust mop is not hard to use and it's not rocket science how to put the mop pad on. It's your product that has a terrible design, not the user!!!
