Just awesome experience across the board!!

The couch arrived sooner than was initially projected. The shipping company actually called and made delivery arrangements with my fiance as I had to work. They actually asked what door easiest and brought it right into the house for us. I get home and all had do was assemble it. 5 simple parts that just slide together and done. The only down side to the entire experience was on my end... trying get the old couch out the house :)

Great Customer Service

We experienced an issue once the loveseat arrived. However, we contacted the seller and through excellent communication and customer service we resolved the issue to my satisfaction. As for the loveseat itself, it was purchased as a gift. The receiver stated that it looks nice and is comfortable to sit in.
