New Customer!

I like the material. Being this is my first order I was unsure as to what size I would take. I ordered a 1X, which was too large, but since the sleeves were "dolman" I was able to wear it. I returned 3 other blouses and re-ordered the correct size. The quality is excellent and I plan on ordering more styles. The return process was very easy, no return processing fees, as I used "Happy Returns". method.

SEQUINED Beauty

The blouse is great! It comes long enough for tall gals. It's beautiful and very lightweight, so perfect for hot weather. However, I'm not a sequin fan & when I observed online it appeared that the sequins were just a few at the neckline. I assumed so few would be easy to remove. Wrong! The blouse is heavily sequined, so I'm needing to spend hours removing them from the 2 I got. Most women love this, so this should be an attractive feature for most.

Slow service

The top is exactly as shown. When I first ordered the top I received a top that had a small circle on the front of the top that looked like as if a bleach like substance had been dripped on it and called to let them know it was being returned but I would like a replacement. This was on a Wed and I was told I would have the replacement by the next Wed. It took 2 weeks to get it and I was charged the day I called for the replacement. I sent the damaged top back the same day that I called and it has now been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund on the damaged top. I have now paid for 2 tops and have one. They definitely took their money immediately for the replacement but obviously aren't in any hurry to make the refund for the damaged top. The stars are for the top only, not the slow service of Catherine's customer service.
