Something was wrong with the product

I don't like writing bad reviews but there was something wrong with this product. It should be a cloudy white substance and it was clear as water. When we are using chemicals on our hair, it is critical that they are fresh. I'll have to go back to where I normally order this product from because this dissappointing. Imagine waiting for product to be delivered for it to be bad.
