I was initially skeptical before trying this supplement, as someone who's used a lot of pre workout in my life. All natural beet pre workout--no way it could give me the energy and pump I needed. Boy, was I wrong! This product gave me a burst of energy about 20 minutes after taking it, and it lasted throughout my whole workout. I was totally focused in the zone, and I was noticebly less fatigued. The product tastes pretty good--admittedly not amazing--but it mixes really easy in water. I highly recommend this totally all natural pre workout. There really aren't many others on the market like it.
