Great Unit
Received the item that was described. Very easy to install. The unit that we replaced was significantly shorter which translates into more water going through a very much reduced UV area. This unit is constructed very well and provides a huge UV area to kill E.coli and Bacteria in our well water!

Great Product and Fantastic Customer Service
Great product, very easy to install and does what it is suppose to. Customer Service is the best, they really provide support for their product. I had an issue with the main tube and emailed their customer service. I received a response from Rosie within 24 hours and a new tube within 3 days over the holiday weekend.
