From You Flowers - Classic Birch Poinsettia Planter for Christmas, Holiday, Winter

I disliked the condition of the plant. It arrived at my son's home( a gift) very beat up, partially frozen, and dead looking. He told me that the plant was packaged in a container much too large for the plant, which allowed it to move around in the box. also, the delivery company did not ring his bell, so he did not know it was there and stayed outside in freezing weather. I contacted him upon receiving notice of delivery and he checked his front stoop. Nothing was there. i would like a refund for the item.
