This item was NOT what was ordered and it took almost one month to get a refund. The company answered with all kinds of nonsense as in "send them a picture of the item", " we will refund you $5 for a charging cord"????, and then....believe it or not...I kid you not...."would it be OK if we refund you half of the price"?????!!!!! DO NOT do business with this company MAINING! I had to threaten them with WALMART to make them finally refund my money! STAY AWAY FROM MAINING! AND SHAME ON YOUR WALMART FOR ALLOWING THEM TO SEE ON YOUR WEBSITE!

Not worth purchasing

I used this hand warmer 3 times. First time worked fine lasted my whole 8 hr shift with turning it off here and there. Second time it started acting funny ut would just shut off and it only lasted 4 hrs before it was dead. Third time I charged it over night brought it to work and it would only turn on for about 20 minutes then die di this 3 times and then didnt turn back on but the lights indicated it still had battery. Today I plugged it in to charge it and it won't even charge unless I push the charger in and I tried different wires .
