Battery fail made good!

Thank you for your swift resolution to an issue with the flashlight. I've had the flashlight for less than a year and all of a sudden it went very dim on me. So, naturally, I checked the batteries. They wouldn't come out of the barrel! I found that the original batteries that came with the flashlight had corroded and pretty much cemented the batteries into the barrel. With a lot of effort, I was able to remove them & you were very accommodating in replacing the flashlight unit with a new one. I love the flashlight & it works very well for my needs. I also have a larger one and love that one also.

Ok, so i bought my husband a g25 glashlught for christmas, he had one before and has been using coast products for 10+ years, unfortunately the flashlight didnt work out of box, but customer support took very good care of me, i am thankful for that, my husband is very happy with the g26 he recived, to my knowledge it has two settings, bright and extra bright (sorry dont know the lumens i think theyre called) but my husband NEVER leaves home without it in his pocket, hes stated several times he feels "naked" without it. All in all, coast has 10 stars rating from me and my husband
