Bratz Costume Party Cloe Dazzlin Doll

Clearly I'm writing this solely off the one I received.. but when I opened it from the shipping package I was pretty upset to see the wand not even secure in the supposedly “unopened” doll's package. Then I opened it to take a closer look and noticed a small chip in the wand.. which should've been the best part of the whole aesthetic! Ugh. Then I noticed there's almost like food or someone else's fingerprints left on Cloe's legs…. Like how can someone ship this out claiming it's new when there's literally still gross stuff on the doll.. I'm beyond angry, but all I can do is return. Sad because on picture this doll would be my dream. Just not this one. I've also owned Bratz before and her hair should not be stiff like this..
