This was not working properly and I emailed the company. It was after the return window. Li Richard was fantastic. He educated me that there are 1.2V and 1.5V AA batteries and also the USB cube must be powerful enough to charge the batteries. They refunded my order AND sent me a new one. All companies should have customer service like this. Thank you

Been using EBL for several years now & I just might continue. These batteries charge much faster but when the light turns green if you remove a battery & place it in another slot it might turn back green or it might stay red. It seems to be a coin toss with this brand... Update: HiQuick contacted me & offered a replacement that works as designed. Not sure if it was the charger or batteries on the original shipment but the replacement charging indicator seems more accurate when determining whether a battery is fully charged...
