For me, this product works well. I use it for both my sinks and toilets. I do follow the instructions and use on a regular basis. My container looks different but the product inside is the same.

Female home owner here, and I've been on my own for years, so I've had to learn to fix, fend, mend and tend EVERYTHING a home, or yard, calls for over time. I've installed two faucets the last 10 years, and have pulled every pipe from beneath my sink to clear pipes and repair leaks, so having a container of ZEP Crystal Drain Cleaner "on hand" can be a life-saver to have handy for quickly clearing your sink pipes. Easy to use... simply pour some in your drain, add a little hot water behind it, a little smoke may ooze out of the drain, but that's simply the chemicals "doing their thing" -- wait about 15 minutes, followed by a cold water rinse and VOILA, back to life, as usual. Not every product does that for me. I've tried everything offered out there for sink clogs, and these work IMMEDIATELY, without fail. Not just as a homeowner, but as a female homeowner... you can't put a price on PEACE OF MIND. I highly recommend these hard-working little granules. No reservations!
