Ordered on line picked up in store Three parts to this trash can, bucket, lid, and latch ....two out of three items delivered, NO LATCH trash can will not stay closed without it. Next time I will open the item at the store before I take it home!!!

When I opened up the box , I noticed how filthy the waste basket is. I can not believe anyone would send out anything this dirty, that is supposed to be a new product. Now I will have to carry it to my nearest Wal Mart store to get a refund.`
