Cheap quality

The case is thinner than the description. I thought it would be thicker and more heavy duty. The kickstand on the back is really hard to open. I opened it once using a knife to pop it open. And the whole piece came out. It popped back in but without taking the whole thing out, it's hard to open.

It looks and feels like a TOY.

This thing feels like a rubber brick. While it may offer fall/drop protection, this thing is stiff and lacks flavor. The red TPU plastic comes off more like a toy red than a deep red. The removable black hard plastic thatched clip (to provide some structural rigidity I suppose) looks really cheesy, and has a "metal" kickstand. Some of the pro's are it has a proper lip on the front to protect the screen. It has sufficient bumpers for some drop protection. All the cutouts for the SPen, USB C charging port, mic, and speakers are placed properly. However, I had to score the volume rocker and power off button with a exacto knife on the outsides to ensure button proper travel. If you don't do that you WILL have to press VERY hard to get a response from those buttons. But the case looks very toy-ish and while it's not my preference, it does the job. The case cheapens the look of the note 10 plus, but I needed something to protect until my other case and dbrand skin/cases arrive.
