It worked perfectly

I thought I had my concrete ready to be stained until I sprayed water on it and found that it did not soak in all over. I purchased the Eco-Etch 1001 and mixed 1 to 1. It worked perfectly. You must scrub with a stiff push broom or scrub brush. Hard work but if you put some elbow grease in it this product works very well and for the price it is hard to beat. Would highly recommend this product.

This product is amazing

I received a notice from our HOA, telling us we needed to remove efflorescence from block wall. I dreaded the task because concrete etchers have harsh chemicals that make it nearly impossible to apply without feeling like your lungs are getting vaporized and skin disintegrated! This product is amazing. Not only is it effective, but it doesn't burn your skin or hurt your lungs.

Use at full strength

Eco-Etch 1001 does not burn your skin or lungs. It gives texture and etches well if you do not dilute it - use at full strength. If you mix with water at the recommended dilution it works well with hard scrubbing and some elbow grease. Decent product if you don't want harmful chemicals.
