DO NOT BUY IN SETS!

Pretty lights, HOWEVER...I had one set that two of the rids did not light up and I ended up with 2 sets I did not need. You CANNOT return them to Walmart, you have to return them directly to the seller and if you purchase them in sets of 4, as I did, you have to return ALL 4 sets or none at all. I was quite upset since the one set is defective and I can't get my money back. Also, if you hang them outside and there is ANY breeze, you will be raking them off of your roof as they are SO lightweight that they flip right onto your roof. Twice I raked them off the roof before I went back on the ladder and put a clip before and after each tube, to lock them in place, so they can't move. Lastly, one of the plastic tubes fell right off the one light, I was out there with glue, trying to put it back together and we never did find the bottom cap to it.
