Cuisinart French Classic Tri-Ply Stainless 4 Quart Saucepan with Cover

This item is well made and works great on my new induction range.

Love my saucepan. Cooks wonderfully! Changed the way I cook. No more need to "just put it on high", now cooks great with low and medium heat. I cook a little slower, but better, and that's okay. My only criticism is that it's a bit heavy at 3lbs 3oz. Need two hands to handle at times.
