International Caravan Hamburg Swing Out Desk

The wood pieces making up the bookcase/desk are solid, heavy and seem to be of good quality and finish. Unfortunately the hardware was not included when I received the delivery. Hayneedle contacted the manufacturer and 12-days later I received the hardware. The assembly instructions are a bit cryptic but I figured it out. It took some energy/strength to screw in the 6 screws the secure the two side pieces. There were not 'starter holes"" for the screws to go into. Unfortunately the one large screw that attaches the swing desk top to the bookcase was too short so I had to call Hayneedle again. The manufacturer will send the correct screw which I assume will take another 10-12 days. Highly annoying hence the 3 instead of 5 stars.
