Worth the $ but requires a lot of time to assemble

It is a very sturdy and attractive desk, fitting in nicely with my traditional farmhouse decor. My son-in-law assembled it for me and he is extremely handy. It did take him approximately 5 hours to assemble. All pieces were intact and he said the assembly instructions were very straight forward. I would recommend using a battery powered screw gun to assemble, which is what he used, since there are so many pieces that require being screwed in (phillips head screws).

The front of the desk if placed facing the room and not against the wall, has visible assembly hardware which requires stickers to cover them for appearance. These do not stick well. Just use a spray adhesive before sticking them, and they work fine. Otherwise, this is a good product; good value for the price and it looks very nice.
