Walmart Marketplace is not the place to buy from!

Trying to return a hoverboard. Supplier known as "DOUBLE GLOBAL, INC." is very hard to work with. Just need a return bar code and credit to my account and it has been such a headache. I have original shipping box with packing Styrofoam, complete, but I keep getting asked over and over if i have it. This purchase was through Walmart Marketplace (which I won't order from again) and Walmart itself can't take it back without a return code which I can't seem to get from supplier. What the heck? I order through Walmart because they are so easy to work with, but I hope they quit selling this company's merchandise, because it seems you are stuck with it, even if you don't want it.
