*Depression* *Hobby* *Obsession* *Profession* is being published in memory of 21-year-old Lindsay Michelle Kendrick, whose life ended tragically and instantly in a car accident on the morning of December 5, 2005. The D-HOP Series was a work of love and a very strong passion for Lindsay. Her poetry is filled with intense and extreme feelings of love, the loss of love and her loved ones, pain, sorrow and, at times, despair. Some are about her experiences while others are written for friends and family members. Some are song lyrics she wrote and many are written in the the dramatic, extravagant style that we all knew was just "Lindsay".
