Equate Clear Soluble Fiber Powder 12.7 oz, Flavor-Free, Compare to Benefiber Prebiotic Fiber

I cannot say enough great things about this and I'm so happy that I found it! I was taking another brand of fiber before and it was OK, but it was too expensive and you had to drink it fast or else it would get very thick %26 gritty. In contrast, you cannot even tell that this product is in your drink at ALL— not even in plain water! It does not even seem like you have to stir it much either (although you probably should). I'm working on having better gut health so I started putting this in my water and basically anything I drink. I also put it in my husband‘s water who does not eat very healthy and it is helping him feel better %26 clean his system out. He always said that he had no trouble going to the bathroom, but obviously there was a lot that still needed to come out lol. He does not like taking vitamins or anything and even he can't tell when it's in his water. Also, my toddler has struggled for so long with going number two in the bathroom. Some days we spend half the day in the bathroom because he is afraid to go. Since I started putting just a *little* bit of this in his water and juice, he goes to the bathroom multiple times per day with no problem %26 yes, it is solid—just easier for him to go. (My disclaimer is that I just give him a tiny bit, obviously not a full grown adult dosage .) Ultimately, this is helping me and my entire family regulate our gut health which also leads to better mental and physical health! I promise you that there is no taste or weird texture at all, also it's much cheaper than a lot of other fiber supplements..definitely a win!

I have had this side by side because someone gave me BensFiber. There is no difference in the color, how fine it was ground, how much it mixed with your drink or disappeared in your food, and no difference in it's result. You could buy this and start using it instead and you really wouldn't be changing anything at all.
