Citizens are a great deck. High quality cards with a great looking tuck case. The box has a lot of detail and the design is intricate with an old school style. Really another winner from Theory11. There's no foil on the cards but that keeps the cost down. Maybe a special edition with foil cards to match the box would be cool.

A great deck of cards. As described but better than expected, or actually as expected. When it comes to T11 decks, the picture does not say a thousand words, you really need to lay your eyes on them to truly see the exquisite deign and beauty of the tuck box. You have to feel it in your hands to enjoy the elegance and texture.
