I bought this as a Christmas present and have not given it yet, but I can say it's the cutest thing, and was easy to put together. The one thing I noticed right off was that during shipping the left foot rest was broke in places (it's plastic), but I e-mailed the company and they sent replacement for both side and to me that is GREAT customer service. Thank you for that. After getting it put together, checking/adding oil and putting gas in it, it started right up. I believe it will be a big hit.
