They resolved a few minor issues quickly and efficiently. They have the best customer service, hands down. Other companies make you struggle to get a response. With them, I received a reply and a solution in a few hours. The bike also runs well and it's pretty fast for a 110.

We haven't been able to test this bike yet because a part was damaged. They were quick to address the issue and sent us the part for free. Then we broke it again while trying to install it - it had to be pushed onto the shaft. They are sending us the same part again. They are very helpful and we can't wait to try it out soon. I'm sure they will take care of any other problems we might have.

The bike arrived damaged, but customer service was very helpful and resolved all my issues. My son loves riding it almost every day and he is very happy with it. Thanks xpro for the great quality and service. You are awesome. I would tell anyone who is interested in this bike to buy one. You won't regret it.
