Use in place of water to increase the bond strength of Skim Coat & Patch, SpeedFinish, Floor Leveler, Quik-Fix, or Fix-It-All patching compounds. When mixed with Skim Coat & Patch cement underlayment, it forms an ultra high-strength system over ceramic tile, stone, terrazzo, vinyl sheet goods, VCT tile, cutback adhesive or as an embossed vinyl floor leveler.
