I buy a case every winter. With rising heating costs, I find these to be an economical alternative to help keep me warm. I put these in the toe bed of my shoes. I've been told as long as your feet are warm you'll find it easier to stay and feel warm. I realize there's something similar designed for shoes, they're just not as warm. I'll stick to using these.

I have use these daily in the winter for my Reynaud's. Expect 7 hours of good, strong heat per packet. Be careful not to burn your skin or your cell phone, etc. Super warmers sometimes last from afternoon to the next morning (18 hours).
