Elvis Presley: Stories Behind the Songs, (Paperback)

This book is interesting if you want to know about the songs themselves, who wrote them, other artists who recorded them and that type of thing. Since Elvis didn't write his own songs, I knew that when I purchased this. There are some stories about Elvis, but I'd say you have to be interested in music in general, not just Elvis, to enjoy this book. I did enjoy it, but for more about Elvis and his music and him recording the songs, check out Elvis Presley A Life In Music - The Complete Recording Sessions by Ernst Jorgensen. Strictly Elvis all through the book.
