When I tell you this extension chord is everything it says it is, believe it! I had all my decorations outside but wasn't expecting rain. My decorations were plugged in this chord when had four straight days of hard rains with high winds. Once the rain stopped I inspected the chord. No water was in the plugs that weren't in use and no water was in the plugs that were in use. So next it was time to plug it in. Everything Worked! No shortages, not one problem. I also plugged it in during one day of the rain. So if you decorate during the holidays, this chord is definitely worth the investment.
