Ordered 2. One came great, since it included the necessary springs to attach to our Aubrey fan. Another we had to return since the springs were missing, the only way to attach this piece is missing, quality control of Walmart at its finest. We shipped it back 3 weeks ago and yet status still says Pending Return. How annoying!
