We got the new water tank because the AquaTru water machine we had used for many, many years, malfunctioned, and were told that had something to do with a sensor in the tank -- something that I don't completely understand. In any case, the new tank works fine, after we also replaced the machine, the cost of which was quite reasonable. But I want to emphasize that none of this is meant to denigrate the original machine, which we had used for such a long time, and all day long.
